We believe that the use of Building Information Modeling technology provides a better understanding of a building, its systems, and its relationship to the environment. This knowledge allows us to design better systems that are well coordinated with other disciplines, thereby minimizing changes during construction. Additionally, facilities designed utilizing a shared BIM model provide the owner and users with far better life cycle use.
Commissioning (Cx)
Commissioning Level 1
When you need to make sure that a unit is installed properly and working correctly, commissioning is necessary to ensure the best outcome for your project. TBE will work with your current contractor and balancer to verify that your installed product is working to the highest standard. With other options in LEED, Re-Commissioning, and Retro-Commissioning, TBE can increase energy-optimization and maximize your project requirements. These service options guarantee proper installation and the security you need.
